Custom record sublist view showing duplicated results? the results of the search are not duplicated, any ideas?

Something on the record could be occurring more than once. For example, looking at the related record of an item that appeared on the same Sales Order twice would make the SO show up twice in the results .

The solution will be in your search criteria. Try grouping the results. I would remove some results columns to first work out which column is repeating. Then group all the others and maybe Max the offending column
