@al3xicon Well normally SB emails do not go out unless you specifically declare a recipient in the general Email Settings of your Sandbox, that was true until very recently, not sure if something changed?

So I believe it's set to send emails to the logged in user, which we want, but scheduled saved search emails are sent to the saved search owner instead. I think this has always been the case

What I remember is Sandbox emails not going out at all, and only to the recipient in the Set Copy off all emails to… in the Setup - Email Preferences.
I always assumed this was designed this way in Sandbox to avoid the very same problem you have, Im 90% sure it is documented somewhere…Admin Exam Study guide or SuiteAnswers

yeah you can set it so one person gets all the emails statically (or several people) but you cannot set it to be the logged in user and also redirect the scheduled saved search emails elsewhere / nowhere
so i imagine instead of logged in user, you could set it to some generic email box and then from there do some filtering and push only some emails to actual internal employees based on what they would want to receive
or something like that
was just not sure if others had a more in-netsuite way to handle this particular problem scenario
