I need to bulk print POs that are not approved.  I was trying to do it via print checks and forms but they are not showing up.

Do you have "Allow Reprinting" checked on the Print Checks record?

Also keep in mind when bulk printing this way, you can only do 100 at a time

Also, if that doesn't work I believe you'll have to get them approved first or you can create a Saved Search with everything you need and Status as Pending Approval and extract that data

Thanks for the reply Sean.  I did check the allow reprinting, and we are not able to approve the PO right now.  We need the actual printouts for each PO in one PDF if possible.
