Hi everyone! I have a saved search that needs be to emailed to certain employees daily. No problem. The issue is they want the saved search result to "look" better and that can be done when I convert it to an Advanced PDF/HTML Template, but how do I schedule this template to be sent out by email? It's not an email template so I can't use a workflow. We don't have an in house dev team so a Script would be difficult. Is there no other native way?

I don't know of any way to attach, but you could email a link to the PDF view of the report. Assuming the recipient has NetSuite access and is happy with a live version of the search.

Can this be converted to a report? If you can't get what you are looking for format-wize in a report you could always try a webquery version of the report and format it in excel. Then each time the individual open the excel book you can have the query fetch the new values from NetSuite.
