Our bill LINES are tagged to a custom segment. A bill can be associated with one or more custom segments.
Our SOs are tagged to the same custom segment both in the header and lines. An SO can only be assigned to one custom segment value.
I have a non-stored custom free-form text transaction body field on the SO that I want to be populated by a summary saved search. Basically, I want to see in the SO if it has a related bill (when the custom segment is used in both SO and bill/s).
My summary saved search has only one result with Maximum summary type. Under Available Filter, I've select the Custom Segment (LINE). I selected line segment because that's what we use in the Vendor Bills.
In the said custom field, I selected the summary saved search above and the Custom Segment (header - no option for line) in the Field (Compare To Field). By doing so, I thought the summary saved search will be filtered by the custom segment value from the saved search. But the custom field is always blank despite being included in the saved search.
