Hard to say for sure without digging into it a little deeper, but I often see this kind of thing when the intraday transactions are mis-ordered. I.e. NetSuite is thinking that you shipped out the item before you received it. The way to check is (if possible) to push your receipt date back one day and then recalc costing and see if that fixes it.

exactly, both are from a TO, but they just dated back these transactions, so it did not hit GL. Thank you so much @James Morris
