Hey all, I’m looking for how you and your org handle auditing of netsuite w.r.t user/role logins and changes to records. I’ve been tasked by our internal security team to offload audit events from netsuite to a centralized logging system. This not only for GRC but also to be certain that unauthorized access doesn’t result in a persisted threat w/in netsuite. I’m not a NS admin so my basic google searches show that most companies either 1) use a paid 3rd party solution OR 2) use the built-in search functions to just inspect/report on the System Notes and Login Audit events. I’m not opposed to paid solutions, using the API, or having to write a custom RESTlet, I’m just looking for possible options and recommendations so I can decide a good path forward. Thanks!

We use StrongPoint for User Access Reviews as well as Change Management (ITGC) IT General Controls.

Looks like StrongPoint was acquired by Netwrix and what I’m interested would probably be the “Auditor”. Can you share (privately) details about your usage and pricing so I can get an idea? I hate requesting quotes from companies only to get tied up in endless meeting, calls and sales emails.
