Hi. We are working to integrate RMAs from a 3rd party return platform into our Netsuite instance. Loop through Boomi into Netsuite. We are aware that some brands will set up an RMA to be generated from an Invoice record. I've only ever seen an RMA generated from a Sales Order record. Does anyone have any insight on the benefit of having an RMA generated from an Invoice? Does this somehow simplify accounting/reporting down stream? From an operations standpoint, it seems clearly less efficient than creating an RMA from a Sales Order.
