#C298P0BCK #CFG7DNCM9 I know this isn't super netsuite related but I am using the Celigo TO Shipments add on for Amazon and it keeps creating Shipments in Amazon, but none of the items have dimensions. So I keep having to go into the shipoment in amazon and manually update each one to add in the weights and dimensions for each item/carton. I can't see how to add those fields into the mappings in Celigo OR I can't understand why it doesn't just use the weights and dims that I've already setup on the item in Amazon. Has anyone else experienced this before?

Currently, the Inbound Shipment Add-on flows work with the traditional Inbound Shipment Plan API, which will be deprecated soon (December 2024). This “legacy” API only supported Item Level Detail and the confirming of packing, dimensions, and labels would all be done in Seller Central, not via the integration. Recently (March 2024) Amazon released updated APIs in the Selling Partner API to support submitting carton details and dimensions. The Celigo Product Team is working on this currently and we should have updates coming soon. I am hoping that the updated integration will cover carton contents and dimensions, but I will work on confirming that for you.
