#C298P0BCK any advice on making sure addresses match between Salesforce and Netsuite? We have issues when changing the country of the ship to address and making sure the format/fields are correct.

Are you using Celigo to sync them? In general I’ve found it easier to limit how the field works in SFDC and who can edit it so that Netsuite doesn’t get incorrect info downstream

We're using Boomi. Didn't have an issue until we started bringing on our international subsidiaries. The team in europe ship to a lot if different countries.

Okay, yeah I think still same workflow though, make the SFDC country list is a drop down that aligns with what Netsuite considers a country so that they always align, and probably want to limit who can change it in SFDC
