We have users reporting the same UI issues. Unable to access subtabs in view mode, some unable save/approve orders, some unable to use dropdowns in forms. They have to keep refreshing the page until it works.

We also encounted this issue as well. To solve, we had the users update to the latest Chrome Browser.

@David Hayden - I followed @Joe Masek’s suggestions, and in early testing with a few users, the issues seem to be resolved.
