Is it just me or are users not actually able to disable

GUIDED LEARNING

? The help article states this:

If you disable NetSuite Guided Learning globally, users with other NetSuite roles will not be able to enable NetSuite Guided Learning in their accounts. If you enable NetSuite Guided Learning globally, users with other NetSuite roles will be able to enable or disable NetSuite Guided Learning in their accounts individually.

When I apply it globally, then it’s ticked under the user’s Preferences and it’s greyed out so they cannot untick. If not applied globally, then it’s unticked under the user’s Preferences and it’s greyed out so they cannot tick. How do I make it so that a user can CHOOSE if it’s there or not?
