Having an issue with our Shipping Label Integration not populating the correct FedEx tracking number, where can I check to confirm the integration is configured correctly being that it is pretty much native?

If you are not shipping directly out of NetSuite and you are using a integrated shipping label, it's creating another shipping label when you are processing your item fulfillment.
Which means you are being billed twice.

Yeah I'm trying to track it down, it also potentially relates to an issue with RF-Smart not printing. Fulfillment triggered > wrong tracking generated > Printing shows successful in the tracking inside NetSuite for RF- Smart but nothing physically prints. Is there any logs around the tracking number generated? Maybe inside FedEx?

How are you shipping? Through RF-Smart Shipping or the RF-Smart pack station?

RF-Smart Shipping afaik, is there an easy way to confirm? The full RF-Smart scanning functionality is not in use right now due to some larger issues, but the labels automatically printing should ideally be functioning.

Labels are desired to be printed from a specific label printer in the warehouse. The RF-Smart printing app is configured on a warehouse PC

So you have the print service on a computer, the labels are supposed to be sent there correct?
And they aren't printing?

Yes that is correct, the process is: 1: Incorrect Tracking information in the order in NS 2: RF-Smart Print Request List may show completed 3: Nothing ever fully prints
I've confirmed a lot of the RF-Smart sided information, setup and printing service app setup.

1.) You need to use a non-integrated shipping method. That way NS is not generating tracking information. RF-Smart should send the tracking information to the IF and then on the SO. When you say nothing fully prints what do you mean?

I mean physically nothing comes out of the printer.

And the print request says completed? Have you re-saved the credentials on the print service on the hosted computer?

Yeah that was suggested to do every time and that is what they do.
If the tracking number being incorrect in that field is a false flag that is fine it is just the latest lead I've been trying to track down for this.

They should be able to trouble shoot this for you, especially if you purchased the hardware from RF-Smart.
Has this ever worked in the past or are you setting it up

It has worked in the past on the printing side, but processes had changed under RF-Smart before they were completely using the full platform so that stalled full use, and the printing issues have been a problem for 2 years. I just recently joined. This was really the last information provided by RF-Smart on the matter:

One thing that he pointed out to me was that if the shipment had actually processed through FedEx when going to their Ship Manager site you should see it and not be able to process again (technically).  This would lead us to believe that FedEx never processed the shipment.  It does not matter if it was processed via NetSuite or any RF-SMART function.
 
This would bring us back to a validation process that occurs and the information on the account not validating correctly.  With our shipping product we see this happen when the FedEx account is in an entirely different name than what you might even be seeing in NetSuite when you review the FedEx registration page.  

Based on my conversation, reaching out to FedEx to validate account information is the place to start. We don't necessarily need them to know how to integrate into NS we just need to make sure that all account information is set up with the correct person and information. Then you would go to the FedEx Registration in NetSuite and update the information there and submit. That should validate everything and at that point the integration should be in place.

How are you shipping them now if this isn't working? Manually on the FedEx website?

Yeah they are manually doing it from there.

If you are set up with FedEx correctly in NetSuite, you should see the NetSuite generated labels
If you create a report.

I guess what I'm curious about is what you want to know? Is your NetSuite account hooked up correctly with your FedEx account?

Yeah based on the last direction given by RF-Smart (In the code block above) that is where they were previously directed to check.

Yeah that is my thought, confirm the information inside FedEx Registration aligns with the information inside FedEx

If you see a tracking number in NetSuite that was automatically created, you should see that tracking number in a FedEx report.

Yeah when I posted this that was kinda what I was hoping for, I logged in but don't seem to have access to the Shipping Administration I was expecting. I'll keep digging in this direction and let you know if I find out anything unexpected in the resolution.
