Yep tiff is in <https://system.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_4228999954.html|file.Type> so you can do things with tiff images. I added coverage for tiff when I dumped our Coupa database into NetSuite as POs.

thanks <@UAY2A4UBA> - it got a bit more complicated cos it turns out the document they want is the invoice copy created with advanced pdf template.... but in tiff format. i'll have to export and then convert the files :face_with_spiral_eyes:
