Hi All. I'm looking to prevent our sales people from deleting quotes. When looking at their role, under transactions->Quote, i see the following levels - view, create, edit, full. It seems that under edit, they are also able to delete. So I'm guessing I need to "catch" the event of a delete? Any suggestions?

I believe that only Full permissions allow deletion of records.

@Eric B You're right! I should have tried this first instead of believe one of my users - even if it is my boss! lol

Yep in our environment we remove Full permissions unless it’s the only permission level to prevent deletion of records. Only admins can delete records and deletion reason is turned on for audit purposes.
