Hi all,
Quick question regarding SSO setup with Okta in one of our sandboxes. I have the logout landing page URL, the primary authentication method checked, and a `.cert` IdP metadata file to upload (provided by the IT team). However, I keep encountering an error that advises reaching out to Admins (which I am).
Is `.cert` the expected file type for this setup?

We also do SSO with okta and I always get a .xml metadata file.

also - I haven't had to do this for sandbox refreshes, but for release preview accounts, sometimes I have to remove and re-add all the users' accesses (via CSV) to get SSO working.
