hello people, anyone tell why do I get a different output when I "Save &amp; Print" a check Bill Payment than when I go to Print checks and forms menu?

the check transaction form is correctly setup to use the advanced pdf template but still prints using some other template

your role might be set to use a particular form for bill payment
