You mean to tell me that out of 15,162 people, no one uses Smart Count!

Cool, have you seen an issue since the last update that when you scan an item and enter the actual count, it automatically adds 1.

@Todd Juenemann what day was the update, our team uses it only at month end... So not at this time can I validate that bug

It was at the end of May. they changed it so when our scanners move from the item field to the actual count field, it is treated like a Tally Scan

based on what I am seeing it looks like it is doing the same thing, adding 1 to what you enter into the count box. NetSuite is telling us that that is normal functionality now, if your scanner or if you use enter to move from one box to another, it treats it like your doing a tally scan, but if you use the tab, it treats it like a manual entry.

well it's actually summing the current quantity recurringly.
