Is there a way to cancel, mark inactive, close, etc an entire Item Fulfillment without deleting it? We send an IF to the warehouse, and say there is no inventory for the entire IF, they are canceling the order on their system. We need a way to undo the IF in netsuite without deleting it. Very rare case, but we need to account for it

No, the proper process would be to only fulfill once they have confirmed that they can fulfill it. Technically no fulfillment should be made until it is physically picked.

i wish netsuite had a way to cancel orders other then delete fulfillments but unfortunately there isnt
