What is the recommended Fixed Asset solution for companies with 100,000 to 700,000 asset records to track?

Have no clue how well they deal with that kind of volume, but NetAsset is the best 3rd party FAM solution I've seen.

I think they charge by the number of assets. So it's kinda out of the budget.

Only other one I've worked with is FAS and I'm not sure I'd recommend it. Last I knew it was pretty green-screeny and I doubt it would integrate well or at all with NetSuite because the tech was pretty old. Might be worth checking out to see if that's still the case though.

How about Sage Fixed Assets? I don't know about volume limits, but I have seen it used at public companies alongside NS when FAM was not an option.

Thank you both. I'll take a look at them.

Might be just one actually. What I'm calling FAS is Sage Fixed Assets from what it appears on Google. Guessing Sage bought it and rebranded it since the last time I dealt with it. Which was probably a good 7-8 years ago.

Got it. Thanks, @RJMNS. Seems like there's only a few options out there
