Legacy tax question. I’m testing imports of 10 invoices. I can import successfully but sales tax is not calculating. Everything is set as taxable. Thoughts/Suggestions?

Hey folks - yes - I have nexus established and at the sub level, tax codes are imported and updated. When I import - NetSuite should pick up the ship to address and zip and calculate tax - but it is not. If I manually had the tax item at the Customer level - taxes calculate - but I should not have to do that.

A little late in my reply but when they import what do you get? The standard Not Taxable code?

Just putting this out there - not sure it will help or not, and also not sure on CSV import - but we ran into an issue creating via Rest where by the order things were entered mattered. Like add the customer / customer Ship To - then select the segmentation location - due to the way the 'tax forms' are loaded. Also are you using native NS tax or like Avalara?

Native tax in NetSuite.
