I am looking to override all Netsuite credit card authorizations from sales orders, and authorize them myself with my API, where can I do that, or where can I find Netsuite’s authorizations?

I can say with great confidence, that no ... they don't. You must stand in front of NetSuite and plead your case before you can use SuitePayments API
