Wondering if anyone has been able to add a custom field (email) to the address item. We have a shipping carrier that would like destination shipping email provided for all shipments. Typically the email addresses we have on file are for the procurement team, not the receiving dept of the actual site. I plan to add the Receiving Name & Phone number, but the carrier is also requiring an email address.

You can add fields to the address record using the Other Record Field under customization -> Lists, Records, & Fields. Address is a record type there.
