Actually in Sandbox when I add the email address to Setup>Email Preference> Email Options > selected "send email to", where every email sent out will be received to the add email address in Sandbox. But Why CC email added was not receiving any email from NetSuite Sandbox. Then how do we test this CC functionality in Sandbox before moving it to production ??
