Okay so I figured out where the filtering for that specific custom field is happening and it's not in NetSuite. That brings me to ask - is it even possible to filter out field values that are used by an integration? Or are we just stuck with the only filter because active/inactive? I'm being asked to find a way to take a field used in timesheets in Nexonia and filter it in NS so only certain values integrate with Nexonia. But I can't inactivate the values we don't want because we still need to be able to use them in NetSuite. There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to do that in Nexonia so I'm stuck trying to find a way in NS.
