Additionally - results[0].account_number also doesn't return anything

typically the left side of a JSON object would look more like a variable. i would change that line to `"acct_name": "MC Customer Account"`. then refer to it as results.acct_name.

you can check the type with `log.debug('typeof results', typeof results);`.

otherwise you would need to escape the whitespace... `\`? dunno, never tried
