03/19/2019, 6:33 PMhonestly haven't used that plugin. Regular suitescript worked fine for me but the only tricky part is determining if its an incoming or outgoing message. If you go down that path i can look up the code.

03/19/2019, 6:35 PMbut any record w/ the communications tab that you can send something out and respond to should be fine without that plugin
