We have 3 channels: medical, d2c and retail If we want to have medical reps come on board but I only want them to see medical related information in netsuite is that possible through roles and permissions? If a customer is categorized those 3 ways and I only want my medical reps to be able to see medical customers in netsuite how do I go about that?

In NetSuite, what are this channels? Locations? Classes? Custom Segments?

I think the only way to do this is if each channel was a subsidiary then you could restrict reps by subsidiary. Outside of that other restrictions probably won’t provide the level of access you are looking for
