#C29J1BPM3 #C298P0BCK I can't seem to login using my authenticator app anymore. I've logged out, logged in, cleared my cache, unistalled the app, reinstalled the app, reset 2FA settings....everytime I try to use a 2FA code it just keeps say ing Code Not valid.....i only have 2 more attempts left. Has anyone else experienced this?

You can reset your 2FA or other admin can unlock you in Setup > Users/Roles > User Access Reset Tool The only time that happened to me, there was some problem with the hour/time of my smartphone. It was an old device, and the Daylight Saving Time was somewhat displaying the correct date/time but not really (hard to explain). I used to move the time one hour forward/backward, can't remember, and the 2FA code was accepted.

Yeah I was reading about syncing my date/time settings. However, the instructions by google are only for Android and the app does not have the same settings in my phone that it shows in the instructions

If you have the option, change to a non-MFA role 'till solved. Raise a ticket.

Yeah I called 6 times already...they told me to have another administrator reset my 2FA settings. However, now they get an error saying that they are not an administrator in all accounts i have access to. However, we checked and they are Administrators in both PROD and SB instances so not sure what other account I have access to that i can't see...LOL
