Happy friday all, I am trying to run a report but it is taking over an hour to load. any suggestion on why this may be the case ? I have tried clearing my cache but no luck at the moment. thank you in advance.

Hi @Merrick Have you tried other browsers? Is the report too big? Can you run the report and click on the link to remind you when the report is ready? Is it only you who is experiencing the issue or other users, perhaps using other role and machines?

Hi Merk, I hope all is week. my user role seems to be working fine, the issue is from another user. although we are both using the same role. We will try a different browser. thank you for your suggestion.
