Hi Everyone, I have the sales order marked as Packed, I use WMS to ship it, however, I go to Ship Central > Shipping > Sales Order but I could not see any sales order in the list. Can anyone tell me if I miss any setup? Thank you in advance.

No, I did not see the sales order in Packing in Ship Central therefore I opened the item fulfillment and changed it to “packed”. Could you please share with me how to make the picked order display in Packing in Ship Central?

There's a little filter on the Ship Central screen that says 'PACKED THROUGH: Ship Central Only' - you need to change this filter to display IFs that were Packed in NetSuite instead of Ship Central

Thank you @Jacob Jackson , I tried to change the Packed Through to WMS & Netsuite UI and the error occurred, contact your account administrator. I am using the Administrator role. Could you please suggest if I should check any rules or configuration?

This issue the first time I try this, there should be some setup before I joined this company so I don’t know how much they’ve done. Now I need to make the Item Fulfillment work in the mobile app but I got stuck at pack and ship. I was able to pick the sales order in the mobile app but then I do not see any orders in packing in mobile app. Therefore I tried to set that fulfillment item record (which was created from pack process in mobile app) to Packed and go back to Ship in mobile app and I do not see the order in Ship.

You would need to do a review of their Ship Central configuration and make sure everything is in order. If needed, you can reach out to Support for assistance with this if your company has it, if not, you will likely need to contract a consultant to assist. Ship Central has a lot of bits and pieces to it, and if even one of them is not setup correctly the whole thing may not work at all.
