I put lots of work in the gpt prompts. "Act like a NetSuite expert", "don't be verbose", "don't explain the context, just give me the answers", "if there is no answer, don't guess"... (not all of those in every question πŸ™‚ )
I have more luck in here than on GPT 😹

Thank you @Mike Casey, this is not currently implemented in the slack ai bot , but we are taking notes of all the possible enhancements that can be added.

I like Stanley. But it can be misleading and we’ll have to learn the right questions to ask.

Will this reduce the amount of questions that get asked and answered in the other channels? This makes me think of platforms that allow their content to be used for training models eliminating their own usefulness (stack overflow or reddit maybe?). Not really sure if there are any conclusions to draw here though.

Appreciate the additional option, thank you. One potential issue is, the threads used by the bot from some users could be wrong, out of date or misleading. So just be careful people, it's not going to know what's nonsense and what's valid. @kyle So many questions πŸ™‚ I'm very interested to know what the prompt looks like. Getting the prompt right is incredibly important. Is it being asked to consider it's response? Is it told not to reply with garbage if it doesn't know? Is it being asked to take a breathe before replying? Does it only use the slack community threads or does it also try and answer using data outside the group? Thanks again.

As of now it only uses slack as a source. We will consider additional sources in the future. It also is only trained on a handful of channels so far. It should improve over time as we tweak and add additional channels and sources.
