Does anyone have much experience with SuiteApprovals for Journal entries? After doing some research I thought using the SuiteApprovals bundle would allow me to state something along the line of "If X role submitted a JE, then Y Role has to approve it." But setting up the Approval Rule, I only see Approval Routing based on amount or not. I can then specify what Roles can approve.

I encountered that issue as well, I just developed a workflow of my own, if staff creates JE, Manager approves, if Manager creates JE, then CFO approves, and if CFO creates JE, both Manager and CEO have to approve. I also created actions to lock the JE from the creator from just approving their own.

Yeah, may have to go a different route with supervisors approving since roles should kind of line up with hierarchy.
