Hey @Sam-I-Am Thanks a ton for the prompt reply I have a question line is not closed when the RMA is created, it can be closed after the RMA is created right

When the record is created search will be triggered, again when any updates happens on the record ie line level changes. That means theoretically email will be sent for both ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hey @Sam-I-Am This is not triggering email when created (New RMA) if Line Closed is not closed
