Hi guys, need some thoughts on this: The client is on medical field. They purchased live tissues and like to track the expiry date for the Lot also Serial numbers. e.g. purchase a Box of live tissues, inside the box had 10 tissues with different serial numbers. They want to track the Lot and Serial numbers. How do we define this in NS, a Lot or Serialized item?

What is the relationship between the lot numbers and the serial numbers? One lotnumber has many serial numbers? 1-to-1? You can add custom fields on to item number records - I'm thinking maybe you could add them as serial numbered items and add a custom field for the lotnumber (or vice versa)
