@jmacdonald Would you mind to share the code to take a look, that look like a weird error...
j
@alien4u Sure, here is the code, where recordType is
creditmemo
and currentTransactionData['entity'] is an ID of a customer in my system.
// No duplicate, create invoice var transactionRecord = record.create({ type: recordType, isDynamic: true, defaultValues: { entity: currentTransactionData['entity'] } });
I've tested this on another account and it works fine, I've checked scripted records and there is nothing against credit memos. Really not sure what the issue is, quite a weird one!
a
@jmacdonald Did you try without the
defaultValues
?
j
@alien4u Yeah when I try without default value and just set the entity normally I get the same call stack exceeded error.
a
And is only happening in one account? same Roles?
j
Only in one account that I can see so far. I've only tested it myself and I'm administrator role
I just tested it with an invalid customer value and it still fails.
a
Well that is weird you should contact NetSuite does not look like a common error... sound more like an account specific thing...
j
Yeah I'm going to get it logged I think, quite an odd one, hopefully support can see the issue in the background.
