Anyone knows how to search an exact match in SS Filter? i.e. when I look for a document number 1234, result pulls 1234, 1234_1 I'd like to see 1234 only.

I use contains nearly all the time and it sounds like that might be what's happening for you, but I assume changing this Default Text Field Filter to "is" should do it.
