how can i find the print form that's attached to this custom transaction form

What's it showing now, default appears to be barcodes?

i dont know where this label design is coming from. thats why i need to find the PDF template.

it's printing it looks like to whatever is 'preferred'

i see i think i found it. is there a way to get the code for this
like advanced pdf/html forms

Maybe... That's beyond my understanding of the old pdfs right now.
