Hi, We have connected our NS to Mircrosoft Azure SSO. It is working fine with no issues, but one of the key users is complaining that she is not able to approve POs from her mobile since it is connected to SSO. Can one of you please provide your input on how to grant her access to her mobile? If I enable mobile device access permission, will that be sufficient? Or does anything else need to be done? Thanks in adance.
I found a solution to this. It requires enabling permission “Mobile Device Access” at the role and user level (Emp>Global permissions). After this, follow the below steps.
1. Download the Netsuite mobile app: Search for and download the app highlighted in the screenshot below. 1. Open the app and select the “SSO” as shown below. It will then be redirected to the MS authentication screen to enter your SAML credentials. 2. On iOS devices, the app can automatically remember the user’s NetSuite Account ID. On Android, users can tap “Remember Me” to store their Account ID for future logins. 3. Upon logging in, you will see all your roles. Select the role you want to use, and you should be able to proceed from there.
