Hi, looking for a solution to allow e-commerce orders to be updated on the E-commerce platform (magento 2) and for those changes to be sent to the corresponding orders in NetSuite. This problem is mostly on the ecomm side and not the NetSuite side. Currently using Mageworx order editor in magento, but it’s causing issues with our payment processor (MerchantE) and not allowing orders to be completed

A slightly different approach might be to use the following product for modifying orders: This is based on them receiving an order page link after their order is submitted
