HI There. I generated a new Simple Order Key on Cybersource, uploaded the certificate to Netsuite and now my credit cardw won't run. Has anyone else had this problem?

Only if you deleted the old key in CS. NS can take a while to enable the new key.

Hey Tim! Thanks for answering.  Cybersource is decommissioning Simple Order API :disappointed: Our certificate which wasn't supposed to expire until 2026 suddenly is expiring at the end of May 2024 double :disappointed: ! We downloaded the new certificate but of course it doesn't work.

IF ANYONE ELSE has a certificate in Cybersource that isn't due to expire unti 2026--MAKE A COPY of the old certificate before downloading the new one...The new one won't work unless you install the 316818 bundle which we hadn't.....
