Can a sales order be created without a shipto address? For orders that have no shippable items but possibly a warranty purchase. Can such orders be automatically fulfilled? Since nothing has to ship?

I have setup Other charge items that do not need be fulfilled. You don't want to check the can be fulfilled/received box when setting up the item. I'm not for sure if you need a shipping address or not.

Yes you can. The warranty item must be a non inventory item and the “can be fulfilled/received” box under the item’s Preferences must be unchecked. When a sales order is created, the fulfill button disappears and you can go straight to invoice or cash sales.
