I have been told ifyou have a shortcut to the company's login page (with their customer id) that still seems to work.

I have all my company users bookmark the company login page. (replace https://system. with https://<ACCOUNT_ID>.app. ) which works. I just happen to have a user out of town using a guest computer and just knows to go to the generic one which is how this came to my attention

getting a blank page from 5 different computers. the NS status page says it's 100% up, so that's a relief

yeah looking "under the hood" even though the url is resolving, nothing is coming back ....

seems like any account-id specific URL will work for any login.

We saw the same issue, updated users shortcuts to use the company specific URL and everyone could log in.

That is correct. NetSuite login credentials can be used across multiple customer accounts. The generic "system login" url just prompts you for which account you want to access.

https://6578203.app.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp is one that works. it doesn't matter what account ID you use
