Is there a faster way to export search results in NS without scheduling them?

Do you mean aside from the csv/xls/pdf links at the top of search results?

You need permission to export in that manner, so if those links aren’t present then you would need to have your role an access changed.

They have the access, but when they go to export the search, it times out

Edit the search and use the save dropdown and select save and email, just make sure you add your email in the email tab
