Anyone know how to make “Department” actually list out the departments or classes for selection in the “match bank data” module? Making “Department” mandatory doesn’t seem to work..?

You should not use the Include Children box. If Departments and Classes are shared across multiple subsidiaries, you have to select them in the Department and Class records instead of using the Include Children box. Sounds stupid but it really is the "issue"
