So we have an odd issue. We started to use the Primary Role on the contacts, but we found out that it adds that name to every Sales Order and Invoice Billing Address. The team didn't like that so they thought to fix it they would just delete the contact and re-create it not knowing about the primary role. Well now the contact itself was deleted but all of the orders are still pre-pended with the billing contact name. If I assign a new primary it just gets added to the top. So it goes from

Primary Contact
1234 Street Dr
City, State, zip

to

New Primary Contact
Primary Contact
1234 Street Dr
City, State, zip

Have you tried resetting the preference (like unchecking and then rechecking (or leave unchecked if you don't need it)) via Setup > Company > General Preferences > Add Primary Contact To Bill To Address?

Thank you. I eventually did find that and was really surprised that Netsuite actually had this as a setting. One thing I noticed though is that when you uncheck it, it doesn't seem to want to be re-checked.

Interesting. Hard for NetSuite to handle all those extra pixels of adding a check, I guess 😂. I haven't played around with that setting a significant amount myself, TBH.
