03/14/2024, 12:10 PM@Luis - I am trying to enable the drag and drop option on the vendor record. I created a destination folder in the file cabinet but I am not able to enter the folder name on the record type. Do you know why it is not working?

03/14/2024, 3:58 PMI followed that suiteanswers and set up the file drag and drop. Now, i am trying to enable it on to a new record type “Vendor”. I don’t see option to select the destination folder for this record type. If you check my screenshot it doesn’t pop up a window to select the folder.

03/14/2024, 5:15 PMOn our end it looks something like this. We have a folder named 'Sales Orders' in the root directory of our file cabinet. Within that folder are individual folders with the internal ID of the order.
