03/13/2024, 6:23 PMHey all, I'm getting a DNS failure message (as shown in the image), but on my domain record it says the domain is fine. The weird thing is that our production subdomain works fine, but both sandbox and sandbox2 subdomains are broken.
I changed the SCSS compiler to Dart SaaS in sandbox2 and that's the only change I've made today 😕 Anyone know how to resurrect my sandbox?

03/13/2024, 7:48 PMI think when you see the "Reference #...." in that message, the error is with Akamai not NetSuite. I did receive a text from Akamai around 2:52pm EST that they resolved an issue with their Edge Delivery system

03/13/2024, 7:53 PMSome times they are in different data centers. You can find out which data center you site is in under Setup->Company->Company Information

03/14/2024, 7:59 PMIf anyone has this issue - I had to delete and recreate the domain record to get my sandbox domains to work again.
Because you HAVE to have at least one domain I had to make a fake one, then wait for the original to delete, recreate it, and wait for it to deploy
