Hi All! In my Bill saved searches, I want to display just the vendor name. However, the "Name" field displays a concatenation of the Vendor Number and Vendor Name. I know I can instead display the "Name" field by looking directly to the Vendor record (Vendor:Name) to display this field. The real issue is that this field isn't an option in the available filters. The regular "Name" field directly on the Bill is available, but as mentioned, it contains the concatenated number + name. Is it possible to have the Name field on a Bill display as just the Vendor Name without the Vendor Number in front of it?

use the join - Vendor Fields... then name

Thank you @Sam-I-Am. I added the Name field to the results but unfortunately, the only name field available in Available Filters is "Name/ID", which shows up as free form text filter. I am trying to get a drop-down list filter of vendors.

filter only work for entity type fields, use the vendor:name for search but use name as the filter
