Help!!!! I had this situation regarding a saved search. I created it and added the "Date Created" as a criteria. When another user ran the saved search, the "Date Created" was set to the following date even if the actual criteria is set to today's date. Is there any reason for this? I could not wrap my head around it.
k
Do you have the criteria set to "after" today's date by chance?
h
No. It’s actually set 03/05 but the other user sees 03/06 records.

Personal time zone preference. The saved search might be created in the US timezone. And the user timezone preference might be of a different timezone.
h
They are both in the US. PST and CST
r
Them being in the US is different from their individual timezone preference. Please check out the timezone preference in Netsuite of the user who created the saved search and the user who is using the saved search. Timezone preference is the only thing I could think of that makes sense here.
h
Their timezone preferences are PST (creator) and CST (other user). I cannot understand why that happens if they only have 2 hours difference.

I am not sure if I am explaining it right. But since the difference is 2 hrs. And PST is 2 hrs behind CST. Let's assume it was 10:30 pm for pst. So the date was 03/05 for them. But it was 00:30 am for CST. So the date was 03/06 for the user with CST time zone preference. Although if the date is hard coded in the search Then a date set in the pst time zone. Will probably mean 03/05 000000 Should be 03/05 020000 only for the cst user. Someone might be able to clear this up better. But imo it was due to time zone difference only.
